How it works
The fantasy football facilitator.
There is no shortage of transactions in the SFFL but it never hurts to have someone incentivized to grease the wheels.
Enter the Stockbroker. The Stockbroker gets an extra incentive for creating league transactions by receiving double the FAAB money on any players they rent out or any warehoused players they take in. Their trading partner pays the agreed upon FAAB amount and the "double" portion comes from the league bank (FAAB created out of thin air).
The Stockbroker also gets an extra bench spot that can be used to help with these transactions.
What the budget means
Stronger powers start you with less money. In an Extreme league, a team holding Stockbroker drafts with $200 of auction budget against the $200 baseline. Either way it starts the season with $250 of free-agent bidding money. Choosing a power is choosing a trade-off.
Normal leagues draft snake, so there is no auction budget to spend — see the rules for the full comparison.
