1. Acceptance of These Terms

Welcome to Superpower Fantasy Football ("SFFL", "we", "us"), available at superpowerfantasyfootball.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate. The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them — see Section 9 of our Privacy Policy.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
• Provide a valid email address — we use it for account confirmation, password resets, and league notifications.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to gain a competitive advantage in a league is prohibited.
• Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. The Game

SFFL is a fantasy football platform in which teams draft NFL players, set lineups, and use in-game "superpowers" to influence weekly matchups. League commissioners configure and administer their own leagues, including league rules, schedules, and member management. Commissioner decisions within a league are between that league's members.

SFFL is a game of skill provided for entertainment. SFFL is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League (NFL) or any NFL team. All NFL team names and player names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

5. Fees, Prizes, and Wagering

SFFL does not collect entry fees, hold funds, or pay out prizes. All in-game currency (auction budgets and FAAB) is fictional and has no cash value. Any buy-ins, side bets, or prize arrangements made between league members happen entirely outside the platform, and we are not a party to them and accept no responsibility for them. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

6. Fair Play and Conduct

You agree not to:

• Cheat, collude with other teams, exploit bugs, or use automated tools to gain an unfair advantage;
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, or post offensive content in team names, league names, or messages;
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data, or probe, disrupt, or overload the service;
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, remove offending content, and reverse in-game transactions obtained through abuse.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (team names, league names, messages, images). By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display it as part of operating the service. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

8. Advertising

The service is supported by advertising. Third-party ads (including Google AdSense) are displayed on parts of the site. Advertisers and ad networks may use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not endorse advertised products or services.

9. Email Communications

We send transactional email (account confirmation, password resets, league and matchup notifications) that is necessary to operate the service. We may also send marketing email, which you can opt out of at any time in Settings > Privacy or via the unsubscribe link in any marketing message.

10. Intellectual Property

The service — including its software, design, logos, and the superpower game mechanics — is owned by SFFL and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the service except as permitted by law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 12, and 13) survive.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that NFL statistics, projections, or scoring will be accurate, complete, or timely, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Fantasy outcomes depend on third-party data feeds we do not control.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SFFL and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, goodwill, or league outcomes, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the past twelve months (currently $0) or USD $50.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email, and the "Last updated" date above will change. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
