How it works
We all want a redo on our poor life decisions but that rarely happens. Mulligan Master gets to live life with no regrets.
This manager gets one mulligan on a start/sit decision each week. If one of their own bench players outperforms a starting player in an eligible spot that the bench player qualifies for, Mulligan Master may replace the less-effective fantasy player in their lineup with the bench player.
You'd better hope you don't play a close game against Mulligan Master because they will find a way to win.
What the budget means
Stronger powers start you with less money. In an Extreme league, a team holding Mulligan Master drafts with $150 of auction budget against the $200 baseline. Either way it starts the season with $350 of free-agent bidding money. Choosing a power is choosing a trade-off.
